2019 NPQIC Annual Summit

The 2019 Annual NPQIC Summit is intended for physicians, advanced practice nurses, nurses, and hospital administrators specializing in family medicine, obstetrics, and pediatrics.

Summit Objectives

At the conclusion of the summit, the participant should be better able to:
— Identify opportunities to improve perinatal care throughout the state of Nebraska
— Discuss evidence based perinatal practices
— Select change strategies from case based experiences
— Commit to improvement initiatives within your local context


Continuing Education Credit

Physicians
The University of Nebraska Medical Center, Center for Continuing Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The University of Nebraska Medical Center, Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses
The University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing Continuing Nursing Education is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

This activity is provided for 6.5 contact hours under ANCC criteria.

You must be able to attend the entire presentation to receive contact hours. No partial credit will be awarded.
